What does this program do?

Well, copy it into the directory where your favourite wave files
reside (e.g. C:\WINDOWS). Add the program via FILE|NEW  to the Autostart 
group, set the check box 'Start Minimized' in FILE|PROPERTIES. That's all.

When Windows is started it playes a wave file. If Windows
is terminated it plays another one. Nobody knows which one. It's
all random ...

Set the WindowsStart and WindowsEnd sound selection in the Windows
Control Program to <none>. Otherwise results are unpredictable ...
